Parish Nurse

What is a Parish Nurse?

Having a Parish Nurse is an exciting blessing for the families of Grace Lutheran Church & School as it adds another level of care to the ministry of church and school.  You can trust that your care is in good hands as those who fill this role must be a Registered Nurse, a member of the congregation, have completed the training curriculum of the LCMS Health Ministry, and be committed to the health and healing ministry of the church.  A Parish Nurse is someone who is available for consultation, who provides various services such as health and wellness screenings and seminars and provides tips for healthy living through newsletter articles, blogs and other such media sources.
